Ingredients of Thai Noodles Tofu Bowl

  • 2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup boiled fresh noodles
  • 10 sliced mushroom
  • 1/4 cup sliced onion
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon thai green curry paste
  • 1/2 cup baby corn
  • 8 gm tofu
  • salt as required
  • 4 leaves spinach

Step 1 Boil the curry and noodles

Boil coconut gravy with the green paste by stirring continuously till it boils. Now add boiled noodles to it.

Step 2 Saute the veggies

Sauté baby corns and mushrooms in a pan with a pinch of salt. Cut the tofu into cubes. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the sliced onions till crisp.

Step 3 Garnish and serve

Pour coconut gravy with noodles in a dish. Put some baby corns and mushrooms on it. Add tofu (roasted) and some spinach on one side. Top with some crispy onions. You can also sprinkle some greens onions on it too.
